Refund Policy

At GardenVistaShop, we are committed to your satisfaction. We want you to love your garden and the products that help it grow. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet one of the following conditions:

1. The product arrived damaged or defective

• Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required

2. Wrong item received

• Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Photos of the incorrect item are required

3. Item not received (lost in transit)

• If tracking shows no delivery after 45 days (USA) or 60 days (Canada), a full refund will be issued

4. Product not as described

• Clear evidence must be provided showing a significant difference from the product description

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Delays caused by the carrier or customs
• Orders returned to sender due to incthe orrect shipping address provided by custhe tomer
• Minor color, shape, or size variation due to different screen displays or manufacturing batches
• Buyer's remorse for items correctly delivered and accurately described

Return Process

Most of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers and cannot be returned to a physical warehouse. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns unless explicitly stated.

If your refund is approved (based on the conditions above), you do not need to return the product. We aim to make this process easy and fair for both sides.

Refund Process & Timing

Once your refund request is approved:

• A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method
• Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at support@gardenvistashop.com with the following:

• Subject: Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
• Description of the issue
• Photos/videos of the product (if applicable)
• Your full name and the email address used for the order

We will respond within 24–48 business hours with the next steps.
